Well there's still quite a bit of people I'm missing info from so I'm going to give the "punishment"
1) 15 miles or less, add miles onto current week
2) Write a thank you note (preferably snail mail) to one or two people who have really been supportive of you on your healthy journey. Thank them for everything they've done, even if they live with you...it is a nice surprise to get stuff in the mail. Especially something like that.
I hope all of you are doing great and have a fantastic week. You are all doing EXCELLENT and I commend you highly. You guys are definitely keeping me motivated. Thank you!!
