    Ok, let's see....

    Monday: rest day
    Tuesday: 30 minutes
    Wednesday: 60 minutes with trainer
    Thursday:
    Friday:
    Saturday:
    Sunday:

    Goal today is 90 minutes at gym then I am going to see a play at my daughter's college - The 3 Pennny Opera.

    Mon: 60 min = 30 min Leslie Sansone 2 mile DVD, and 30 walk at lunch time
    Tue: rest day
    Wed: nada
    Thu: 35 min LS 2 mile DVD

    Can I be in too? This sounds fun! It will give me an even bigger reason to get out and hike with the dogs! They need the exercise to stay out of trouble, and I need the exercise to get out of and stay out of a size 18 pant! Let's do this! :bigsmile:

    I did nto reach my goal but I did what I could. Next week is another week and my goal next week is 300 minutes again!

    I really really have good intentions - I really really plan to get moving. It didn't happen last week. I did plan to get in walks at lunch time. It didn't pan out.

    I have four days this week to get in at least an hour of walking each day. I will not attempt to commit to anything beyond Thursday (I leave Friday for my cruise). My daughter has already declared that we will work out while we are gone. Let's hope we can stick with it!!

    Commit to 3 or more days of intential exercise on cruise Val. Do you dance? Enter the shipboard activity. They do line dance activities a lot on the cruises and they are so much fun. RCCL even give you vouchers for activities. You are 70 pounds down so you should feel much better and have more engery to move more. Even if you don't have a wonderful time dear!!
