    Apparently, I can not add very well... it was a total of 280 minutes, better than 240, but I will strive for more next week. Sorry about the 3 posts, I am having technical difficulties...lol
    I love this challenge! Way to go everyone, and keep up the good work!

    Saturday- 20 minutes walked the dog
    Sunday- nothing
    Total= 240 minutes
    Started out strong, then fizzled out... didn't reach the 360... but I am not giving up!

    Thanks Mollie. I love to dance, so I'll be sure to check out the activities on the cruise. I've really enjoy myself each time I have gone in the past, so I'm predicting this time will be the same. I will think about you while I'm suffering through seven days of glorious sunshine, tropical beaches and clear blue water. Not for sure how I will make it through!! LOL

    Week 2 - October 10

    Monday - 60 minutes walking/jogging (left HRM at home)
    Tuesday - 30 minutes walking
    Wednesday
    Thursday
    Friday

    Tomorrow I should be able to get in the whole 60 minutes provided my boss doesn't throw a wrench in my plans.

    Hi friends...hope everyone is having a great week...as for me I'm doing good but last night our central air broke down but luckily it wasn't hot last night...tech should be going today..I hope they can fix it...well I hope everyone has a great day and happy hump day!!!

    I did better than last week...so hopefully this week I keep it up or at least do the 350 minutes...I hope I can cause I'm not feeling to well...

    452 minutes for last week!

  • My dog passed away about a week and a half ago now so...I haven't been able to focus on weight loss at all. He was 17 when he passed and I had picked him out at the store when I was still in elementary school so...it was tough (as it always is...). Anyway, the point is I haven't succeeded at this challenge but I have started to get back on track.
