    This is a during pic. It's actually 49lbs lost 5 before MFP and 44 lbs here.. My real start day for MFP is 8/10/11 2010vs2011.jpg

    Ok here is my 30 day shred pics......only 2lbs lost and no where near my goal but lost 11 inches and you can see it in the pics!!

    I have been on her for a little over two month and have lost 25 pounds :). I cant really tell the difference except for in my face. It become a little less soft looking.
