I wanna chase down the cow and bite it!!

This is a hunger-fuelled version of cow tipping...

Rare - Medium-Rare... and getting less and less cooked every time I order.

My mum used to ask the restaurant to "wave it close to a naked flame two or three times and then put it on the plate"

I was just asked this question! rare to medium rare for me thanks. No sauces as a rule, maybe a smidgen of butter if it looks a bit dry. Sometimes I'll make up a garlic/oil mix and marinate it for ten mins first. mmmm, yum

Medium well. Steak sauce depends on who made it. If I made it, yes, must have steak sauce because I suck at cooking steak. If a restaurant made it, I usually don't use sauce on it.

Rare. Almost blue. And steak tartare (virtually uncooked minced beef) is to die for!!

Slap the horns off and throw it on a plate.

Enjoy my steak bloody. Savoring the "spirit" of the meat.

Rare, by the way that isn't blood in your steaks that is red. It's water and myoglobin. Which is harmless!

I like mine medium and if it's cooked right, it shouldn't need any steak sauce.

Hmm, now I think I'm gonna have to ask my g/f if we can go out for steaks this weekend.

Medium-well to well. A friend of mine likes hers waved over the grill and slapped on her plate. I tell her I think I still hear some mooing.

2 inches thick. Rare to medium rare. 7 minutes over the coals; turn; 7 minutes. Rest. Eat. Don't play with it; Don't prod it. Don't touch it. No matter what's going on.

If you want to play with your meat, grill pork or chicken.
