So sorry again for my tardiness this week! My husband's bday is this week and since we are newleywed's I'm trying to play "perfect wife" planning a party, pumpking carving, boo at the zoo trip, and other festivites with our family and friends!
I don't know about you guys but I'm so ready for October and Halloween to be over!! All the tempting goodies!! Well still no loss for me this week, but it's better than a gain! Keep up all the great work, you are all so motivated and it is showing!!
Spreadsheet is updated and cleaned up. Just trying to make it look good for all of us that are committed to the challenge so I hid the lines for anyone who hasn't posted past the first week. Feel feel to come back and I'll unhid the info, it's still saved.

I hope that everyone has had an awesome week! I have still been sticking to my Supreme 90 workouts...today was day 13 for me my eating wasn't always great this week...but i did try keep up the great work over the weekend! and fingers crossed for a great weigh-in on monday!!!0

Today is not my official weigh in day, but the scale said I was up 2 pounds this morning!! Oh no!! I've been staying under my calories and exercising every day, so maybe it has something to do with the actual exercising...water retention or muscle building or something? Last week I only exercised on Monday and Tuesday, and yet lost over 3 pounds.... Go figure!!
Anyway, tomorrow is a rest day for me exercise-wise, so maybe I'll have a nice surprise on Monday!!
On the up side...I am feeling wonderful from the working out. It's a great mood lifter for me!! If nothing else, it would be worth it for that!!0 -

21st October - 193.8 lbs (87.9kg) - which is 1 kg (about 2,2 lbs) lost this week.

168.3lbs this morning. Went out last night, with the plan of having a meal. Lost track of time, missed dinner, drank tons, Ill allnight. Don't trust today's weight. I can guarantee a gain next week.0

well I am pretty unhappy with today's results! I was 199 last check in and around 2 days ago I had gotten to 196.4 BUT somehow yesterday that got messed up and this morning the scale says 198!!! This is the second time I went UP in this process and I am hoping that it jumps back down soon like last time as well....I didn't even over eat this time like last time and I even started exercising like 3 days ago...I don't get it...anyway. Put me down for 198 this time I guess....:(

back on track on losing weight! i lost 2.5 lbs since last week!!

yay for meeting a 10lb weight loss!! AND my mom sent me a bag of candy for halloween (yes, she still does this even though i am 30, it's adorable) last wednesday. i ate ONE piece last night as a reward (and it was amazing), but have held off otherwise! so proud of myself, haha!
congrats on everyone else and their success! we'll all get there, it just takes time, right??0 -
