174 this week. down, but only to where I was a month ago!
however, my body fat percentage is down almost 1% since the start of October, so I'm happy with that!0 -
totally fell off the wagon this weekend. wha wha.
oh well. only lost 0.5 lbs this week - so down to 144.5
(on thursday i was down to 143... but i overindulged this weekend. my bad!)

I still weight 184 lbs. I used my friday weight in tho. Usually thursday,friday is the lowest weight of the week for me.
Weekend is my down fall. It's easier to stuck the diet and exercise routine since I don't have to go any where
nor have much of social gathering.0 -
This week- 196.5. Le sigh. I have to remind myself that my gains over the last two weeks are absolutely nothing in the big picture. I've lost 60 pounds! And I will lose 60 more. Just not this week0

WAY TO GO EVERYONE!
We are all doing so great! Even on days were we have set backs Like so many wise ones have said "this is a marathon, not a sprint".
This is really a lifestyle change, some days were are rocking, and some days we are staling, but at least we keep on moving!

Wow! Congrats everyone on the amazing work!! I was inspired just reading these updates! I had a special joy for those of you who made it to onederland! I think I may have too. Anyway, I only weigh in on my one scale for consistency and I didn't sleep at home last night (visiting mom; not a booty call ). I will log in with my weight tomorrow morning.
I think I didn't update until last on Monday last week, so my two pound loss is not reflected on the spreadsheet yet from last time. No worries. I know you are busy Heather. Again, I appreciate all of your work putting this together! Thank you so much!!!!

So sorry again for my tardiness this week! My husband's bday is this week and since we are newleywed's I'm trying to play "perfect wife" planning a party, pumpking carving, boo at the zoo trip, and other festivites with our family and friends!
I don't know about you guys but I'm so ready for October and Halloween to be over!! All the tempting goodies!! Well still no loss for me this week, but it's better than a gain! Keep up all the great work, you are all so motivated and it is showing!!
Spreadsheet is updated and cleaned up. Just trying to make it look good for all of us that are committed to the challenge so I hid the lines for anyone who hasn't posted past the first week. Feel feel to come back and I'll unhid the info, it's still saved.

I hope that everyone has had an awesome week! I have still been sticking to my Supreme 90 workouts...today was day 13 for me my eating wasn't always great this week...but i did try keep up the great work over the weekend! and fingers crossed for a great weigh-in on monday!!!0

Today is not my official weigh in day, but the scale said I was up 2 pounds this morning!! Oh no!! I've been staying under my calories and exercising every day, so maybe it has something to do with the actual exercising...water retention or muscle building or something? Last week I only exercised on Monday and Tuesday, and yet lost over 3 pounds.... Go figure!!
Anyway, tomorrow is a rest day for me exercise-wise, so maybe I'll have a nice surprise on Monday!!
On the up side...I am feeling wonderful from the working out. It's a great mood lifter for me!! If nothing else, it would be worth it for that!!0
