It looks like my original calculations were wrong. My goal for the month should be 6.84 pounds. Sheesh! That's discouraging, to all of a sudden realize I have to lose 2 pounds more than I thought. I hope I can make it.

So I lost the same amount as last week despite hitting the gym more and have a bigger weekly average under calorie consumption. Nevertheless a loss is still a loss and more so I finally lost my first 10kg of my 40kg goal.

I gained .3 lbs however, I'm pretty impressed because I'm on my period. Usually TOM is a minimum of 2 lbs weight gain for me. So I'm thinking the extra water during TOM works! I'm ready for next week! I GOT THIS!

Much better results for me this week. I lost 2.8lbs, so so far I've lost 2.7% of my October starting weight, so almost on target. This week I've also passed 10% (24lbs) off my original starting weight!!!0
