Welcome everyone to the 3500+ calories burned challenge. This is a weekly challenge to meet 3500+ calories burned, it is open to everyone. You set your own calorie goal for the week. Each day post the calories you burned, current total and how many you have to go. That's it, not too hard, other then push push pushing yourself to hit your goal. Everyone is such and inspiration on this challenge. Keep up the good work for the people returning and welcome to the newbies.
Here is the daily update format.

Wed: calories burned (how they were burned)
Thur:calories burned (how they were burned)
Fri: calories burned (how they were burned)

I'm down! I tried this a couple weeks ago but forgot to update in the middle of the week and I don't know if I ever made it to my goal. Time to get serious this week!

I missed my goal weeks in a row due to sickness but I'm going to try again this week. Off to a slow start Monday but Friday - Sunday are usually my big burn days.

I did just over 3500 last week and joining a challenge will encourage me to keep the momentum going. Mine will all be walking and treadmill - I'm on week 2 of C25K (treadmill version) and it's getting easier to do longer time and distance.0 -
