Had a bad week with spouse out of town and some kind of flu bug - barely made my miles goal by rolling over my extras lol.

Not a good week for me. I barely worked out...:frown:
After running at the track, I must have done something bad, cuz I injured my left hip and even walking was somewhat discomfort.
Unfortunately, was only able to do 5 miles, not good....Im feeling better, so I am hopeful that I will lock in all my miles and even more to catch up..0 -
