    Just wanted to wish you guys the best of luck :happy: I'm on my 2nd round(level 1 day 3) and if you stick with it youll see amazin results! 1st time around the lost 6lbs and a TON of inches..didnt take measurments but by the before and after pics everyone said i look like a completely different person!! used to have a "pooch" from my 3 lovely kids and now a FLAT stomach :bigsmile:

    I had 2 c-sects too. Left me with a nasty pooch. I even got down to 108 lbs and still had it. Along with the 30DS, make sure you eat clean too. It's very difficult to get rid of the pooch, but this will help. I sadly had to get a mini-tuck because I am small and having kids stretched me to the point my skin couldn't go back to it's normal state.

    I just saw this thread....count me in. I will be starting today. I already have the DVD----time to dust off the cover and pop in the DVD. Measurements will be provided later. Here is to the journey. If you think about this, we will finish this just before Thanksgiving. Great timing.

    hello, i would also like to be a part of this group. i did day one about a half hour ago and i almost died. i Can definately tell that i have not done anything more than walk to the refridgerator in the past year. Almost threw up 4 times. I hope my body will adjust to it. I do not have a tape measurer but i did take some before pictures....
    My starting weight is 198.

    hips........36.75 (3.25" gone since starting MFP!)

    Are you going to be keeping track of measurements too? Or do we do that?

    Count me in! I want to see results around the middle..been doing push ups daily and the arms are toning...adding this with my cardio workout should have me toned in no time...

    I won't receive the actual DVD until Thursday from Amazon. But when I ordered it said I get it for free on Amazon instant video. :D

    I am going to try to do it today using the instant DVD on my computer. Hmmm need to figure out how to connect my computer to my tv. Hopefully its a simple thing like a usb cord.
