Your food diary shows you only ate 511 calories. Is that b4 the day was done, I hope? You pic looks great, but that caught my eye!0

P.S. You do have some killer legs!0

I heard running gives you wrinkles. That's why I never ever run.
Only if you always run in the sun without sunscreen for a number of years. They say it's the sun damage that makes you look old, not running.
Lol, of course it's not the running. I run 40+ miles a week. I was kidding. (notice the sig?)
Barbie, you look amazing! I hope your results inspire more to run.0 -
running makes my knees hurt0

b. I've got a race in the morning, which means I might get to see real life people with legs like these- bonus!0 -
you look seriously incredible! and this is total motivation for someone in the middle of c25k, like myself!
Just finished up week six which included a 25 min straight run - I completed this for the first time ever in my life!
Definitely running a lot slower though than I think most everyone - About 12 min/mi pace only around 5mph.... but hey! 6 weeks ago i could barely run for 90 seconds without thinking i may die.0 -
Awesome! I just started running last week. Can't wait to see those results.
I just started too0 -

As I say a lot, since were MFP friends after all, good for you!
I'd personally never ever run(unless my life depended on it!)0 -
I just started running myself, but I really enjoy it! I'm alternating walk/run segments still, but progressing nonetheless. My goal is to run a 5K next year; not sure when it will be.
I love to see the calories added back to the bank after I exercise... too much fun! :-)0 -
Love it! Unfortunately, running also gives me leg and foot pain, but it's totally worth it!
