Amsw welcome !!!!!!! those are nice goals Potatoe chips are hard for me too, Have you tried snack sized like pringles or others that are smaller portions, also pop chips are a healthier version. Just an idea sometimes that will work for me :happy:0
-
Thanks. My little one with food allergies eats potato chips daily, which makes it a challenge not to grab a handful or two or three! That is why I need to try to cut them out, or at least buy baked or make my own in the oven. However, as for the full-fat store bought, that needs to be cut out of my diet.0

Good for you !!!!!! They are deffinatly not good for us :noway: You can do it !!!!!! :bigsmile:0

My goals;
1. Stay under calorie count every day.
2. Swim or run 45 minutes a day.
3. Check in and record EVERYTHING I eat and drink daily.
Good Habit;
Brush teeth, mouthwash, and floss three times daily.
I think I might skip the one free day. It might tempt me to take off more than I should ;>
This should be fun and interesting0 -
