Sunday is my weigh-in day: Today: 178.5 lbs. Lost 2.5 lbs this week, though I've been working at it for two more.
Goal to end of the month: making it down to 173 lbs!
No Xmas parties this month. No birthdays. Thanksgiving was last month. Totally do-able with the right amount of exercises and restraint at the table.0 -
Sunday is also my weigh in day: Today: 136.8 lbs. Goal for the end of the month: 131.8 lbs.0

Sunday was my weigh in day too and I was 85.8kg (189lb). So I lost 1.5kg (just over 3lb) this week.
Hope I can continue to lose well for this challenge!0 -

Don't know about the rest of the world but in nz it's 5+ a day month - so everyone should try eat at least 5 servings of fruit and veggies per day!
(Easier for me cos I'm veggie)0 -

Workout:
- walk/jog every day BEFORE work AND after work
- workout to new jillian michaels dvd...forgot the name of it...
- AND different workout dvds...have to watch them and make a schedule
Nutrition
- AT LEAST 2 32 OZ OF MY BOBBLE BOTTLE OF H20 EVERY DAY
- KEEP TRACK OF CALORIES

Ha ha, great thread! Unfortunately, I only have 3 lbs more to go! I'll join if you start another challenge after Xmas. Since I'm sure I'm going to put on a lot of weight by the end of the holidays! Ha ha..

I am in!!! I am 140.8lbs now & at a plateau!!! 5lbs for Nov seems reasonable.
Aim:
1) workout 6 days a week
2) Avoid Rice
3) switch to green tea in afternoons or if I have regular tea, no snacks!!!0 -

Ah, well, with the Halloween hangover, my October results ended up as a 1 pound gain... :blushing:
Back at it today, my Nov 1st starting weight is 149, so my goal for Dec 1st is 144 (or less, of course!). I will need to put some serious effort forth this month, as I have been 'coasting' for a few months now.0
