    not sure why I thought Tuesday was "reverse crunches day". apparently subconsciously I kn ew that area needed extra work :tongue:

    No matter! tonight I'll do em again plus the lunges I somehow missed on Tuesday! Phew. I'm tired thinking about it!

    Posting here so I can find ths after next week when I can start working out again. Having surgery on Monday, should be okay by the following Monday to start.

    Beth's Angels Toning Group: Today's mission is 50 kneeling kickbacks (a new exercise for us) - do 25 each leg. I would recommend looking it up, so you understand how to do it. This exercise works your butt!! Check in when completed!!
