Checking in for today with great news!
Got my 90 minute workout in today! Also, on track with raw foods and took
the time to sleep about 8 hours, nicely done for today.
Going for a repeat performance tomorrow, except I want
to mix it up, no weights, go for a swim and a bike ride!!!

I'm in again for this month! (I still haven't hit the 5 lbs in a month goal yet, and I am so ready!)

Quick update on my Strep and Bronchitis.. I have meds and no longer contagious. So I've been cleared to go back to work/gym/etc. Not feeling 100%, but I'm slowly getting there.
Hope you continue to feel better. Dont push yourself to hard though!0 -

I don't have much to brag about, but I wanted to say 'cheers' to those of you who are sticking to your goals, whether it be eating, exercise, or sleep! :drinker:
I've been thinking about 'sleep' more and more lately, and I think it's time that I start getting more of it. It is one of my biggest challenges, as the more tired I am, the more I eat and the less I want to exercise. :yawn:0 -
Today is a wash, better get with it tomorrow. At least I don't have to work
anywhere but at home this weekend! yay! Pouring rain and cold so no
swim or bikes today, I am just recovering from a head cold so being cautious
with activities & such. Tomorrow is another day, goodnight all!:bigsmile:0 -

I HAVENT STARTED MY PERSONAL PLAN FOR NOVEMBER YET...BUT ILL START IT ON NOVEMBER 7TH

Workout:
- walk/jog every day BEFORE work AND after work
- workout to new jillian michaels dvd...forgot the name of it...
- AND different workout dvds...have to watch them and make a schedule
Nutrition
- AT LEAST 2 32 OZ OF MY BOBBLE BOTTLE OF H20 EVERY DAY
- KEEP TRACK OF CALORIES

- WEEKENDS AND PAYDAYS0 -
One pound down so far I can't wait to see what the official weigh in will bring me!
Religiously drinking water
At least 20 minutes a day of working out (thanks to Jillian Michaels thats easily done)
Had rough weekend with lots of eating out last week so this week I'm being very good. Gotta make my goal!0 -
Can't remember if I posted my starting weight but it was 206 and I weighed in at 203.5 today! Half way there! :happy:0
