Well I don't know if it was because I was sick all day Saturday or if it is because I have been very good on my diet...But I lost 1.6lbs since Fridays weigh in!!!! I hope it stays off...it is closer to my next weight loss goal of 130 for Nov 11th...but I don't see me losing 2.8lbs by Friday! lol....so I will take this!0

Thanks! I am shooting for 130 by Thanksgiving!! That seems attainable to me! & hopefully I can maintain throughout the holiday!0 -

I think thats pretty atainable! I'm shooting for 145 by thanksgiving and I might acctually reach it! I was at 149.5 this am!!!! Soooo happy to see the 140's!!! 10.5 pounds to go!!0 -

Argh. i put on a couple of pounds when I stepped on the scale this morning, but it is 'that time of the month' so i'm not all that worked up about it. I've maintained good eating and exercising habits so I'm sure it is a temporary gain.0

I've not changed on the scale - which I'm not surprised about because of being away last weekend.
I completed TurboFire last week, so I took a few days off before starting another Beachbody programme - Insanity - just the other day which is kicking my *kitten*. I had to take a break during the warm up! lol
But I did somehow lose 1 1/2 inches off my waist - I'm a bit surprised about that actually because I'm not that big around my waist anyway - it's mostly my arms, hips and thighs - but I'm not complaining!
Also trimmed 1 1/4 inches of my stomach and a smaller amount off my hips and thighs.
Hope that's not a freak result, and just an effect of the toning work, because I have definitely not been perfect this week!0 -

Phew! Just made it for the Friday weigh-in It really looks like people are doing really well, so good job to everyone! As for me, I'm happily getting into the logging in and tracking everything routine. It really makes me feel much more in control- and I'm finding it such motivation to exercise- "extra" calories (but everything in moderation, of course).
This week I've started the 30 Day Shred (@megcalvert- have you found others to do it with you?) I've just done it for day 4 (3 days on level 1) I tried level 2 but thought better of it today....too hard for now, haha!
