Loss of one pound. I am disappointed in that with as many calories I have consumed and burned it should have been 2. Hopefully, it is just hormones effecting my weight loss and I will be back on track next week.

So upset! I've exercised everyday for no less than 40 min for the last 3 weeks, and have been under my net 1200 calories consistently and still GAINED .6 pounds this week.
I'm so frustrated!!!

I didn't see this! Cool! I guess the group I made can be those who are in our challenge.So thrilled to be on my way to making my challenge goal. I wish the days would zip by faster so I could see the losses quicker

I stayed the same as last week :sad:
I exercised, ate well. Maybe I didn't eat as much as I should have?? That's the only thing I can think of - weird!

Okay, I know it sounds strange for me to state that I weighed the same, AGAIN, today, but I did! Actually, I am thankful for keeping the little weight that I've lost over the past month or so off. Not to have gained. I have had some bad days, but I know I had some good ones, too. I just need to have more good days and stop losing my focus, i think. 145 lbs.0
