    How you are doing on your personal goal - doing great! Last night I did an hour of workout which included 15 min of elliptical... I have NEVER been able to go that long on that machine. So needless to say I was excited!

    How you are doing on your personal goal - has been work, work, work and social days off..haven't exercised..working 12 hr days am really struggling to fit everything in this week, mostly within my calories but could make better choices to make the most of my calories...am drinking heaps more water..but seem to be retaining it! am drinking heaps less tea and coffee and have given up soda
    gutted..2 more 12 hr shifts then have 5 days off

    Not sure what Im doing wrong. Eating about the same cals just not getting to exercise as much. Though Im on my feet all day at work.

    Hi all, Just remembered to come back and check in................ been so busy

    Starting weight at beginning of November was 175 lbs

    Goad weight for End of November was 170 or 165 lbs (i carnt remember which) Lol :)

    Current weight 167 lbs so far this month i have lost

    MY goal for the month Drink less alcohol .... I only drink on a Saturday night now and i will only have 2 - 3 YAY ME

    Well I havent lost any... I have been doing Jillian Michaels 30DS and Yoga Meltdown as well as going to the gym and doing some extra cardio to prepare for the 5 Mile Turkey Trot on Thanksgiving morning. I have lost inches though, so that makes me feel better about not losing any weight!

    How are you doing on your personal goal - had a couple of days over the weekend where I was crazy busy and didn't complete the food tracker. Was just grabbing food when i could rather than having proper meals which didn't help. Still managed to get all my exercise sessions in though.

    Thanks! I wish I could claim it was my awesomeness, but I think it has more to do with the meds I'm on and the copious amounts of water I'm drinking. Oh, and MFP's help, of course!

    Check In Day and I am NOT happy and I am frustrated!

    Starting weight for challenge - 155 lbs.
    Today's Date - 11/19/11
    Today's weight - 154 lbs.
    Goal weight for challenge - 150 lbs.

    Your personal goal - Exercise at least 30 minutes - 6 days per week. Eat cleaner, less carbs, less sugar & more water!

    How you are doing on your personal goal - Not happy.... gained 1 lb. total loss is now only 1 lb. Doesn't look like I am going to lose the 5 lbs. I had in mind for November. Not sure what I am doing wrong.... I have never eaten OVER my calories, except for one day and I don't eat back my exercise calories.

    Am still exercising at least 30 minutes 6 nights a week as planned. Still working on eating A LOT better.....that is ever on-going!

    How you are doing on your personal goal - 3036 calories burned this week. Didn't do as well with eating this week. A lot more sodium plus pre-TOM bloat.

    Challenge: Going to my Purebarre class 5 times a week, and going to a hot yoga class at least 3 times a week.

    Sorry I haven't checked in in a while! I've been super busy. I have been going to my purebarre classes 7 times a week instead, and not going to yoga. Hope everyone has a Great Thanksgiving!
