made these tonight but used honey graham crackers and strawberry greek yogurt instead and added a little vanilla extract to. I would definately make them again.

Couldn't find SF Cheesecake, so I used White Chocolate pudding mix and Envirokids Animal Cookies as the base. I'll let you guys know how it turns out!

Oh my god. Had two before they'd even set! Mine at 54 calories each (12 oz yogurt, 1 1/2 servings crushed animal cookies, 1/2 tablespoon olive oil, 1 cup light soy milk, and 1 package SF white chocolate pudding mix). MINDBLOWING.
