down 1.2 this week, and finally heading in the right direction again. Going back to 1200 net calories, laying off the Halloween candy, and watching sodium more closely seems to be the answer.

I made it to my goal!! I know it wasn't a very lofty goal, but I made it nonetheless. Now I just hope that I can at least maintain over the next week so I'm still there for the final week of the challenge.
Also, does anyone know how this new groups thing works? Do you think that it would work well for us to have a group instead of a thread here? Just a thought... I have no idea how they work ,though.0 -

I wasnt going to post my weight but if others can admit it, so can I! 210.6 again! Since joining this challenge my weight loss has been a total flop! But I have enjoyed the challenges and without you all most likely the scale would read much heavier! I am looking forward to continuing the battle. Count me in for the next round! Had a good week this week. I am on Day 10 of the 17 Day Diet. I am in on the next challenge also! Next week is the end of a Weight Loss Challenge that I do with a group locally and the end of this challenge--that will keep me focused!! I have enjoyed the challenges here.

Today's weigh-in: 174.6 - so I'm down 1.2 this week. I won't quite make my goal for the challenge, but I keep moivng in the right direction anyway. I'm in for the next challenge as well. I like having the accountability, even though I haven't been really active on the board. Works been crazy busy, and along with life in general, I've been happy to just be able to continue eating in a healthy manner. I haven't been able to get my favorite Zumba classes or the gym for the last few weeks, so I really hope to finally have the money to get back in the swing of things next payday. :happy: Here's to a strong last week for everyone. :drinker:0

Lost 0.7 pounds since last Tuesday.
Goal weight for the challenge is 139 pounds so it's doable.

I weigh in every morning. I used yesterday's weight for this challenge and I was happy with that drop. I am in the first cycle of the 17 Day Diet and finally seeing movement on the scale.
Today I weighed in at 195 and I am so excited.
My goal for this challenge is 194 and it looks like I may make it!! Working hard this week!!0 -
