    I have the P90X Extreme Home Fitness Nutrition Plan.....I guess I'll have to educate them on their servings of carbs, fats and proteins....I'm screwed!

    Well.. I have a small shelf (possibly too heavy to wield, let alone bludgeon any zombies to death with). There's also a plastic cup, a mechanical pencil, and one of my flip-flops.. I'd better call MacGyver. HE'LL know what to do!
