Well I havent lost any... I have been doing Jillian Michaels 30DS and Yoga Meltdown as well as going to the gym and doing some extra cardio to prepare for the 5 Mile Turkey Trot on Thanksgiving morning. I have lost inches though, so that makes me feel better about not losing any weight!0

Your personal goal - Exercise at least 30 minutes - 6 days per week. Eat cleaner, less carbs, less sugar & more water!
How you are doing on your personal goal - Not happy.... gained 1 lb. total loss is now only 1 lb. Doesn't look like I am going to lose the 5 lbs. I had in mind for November. Not sure what I am doing wrong.... I have never eaten OVER my calories, except for one day and I don't eat back my exercise calories.
Am still exercising at least 30 minutes 6 nights a week as planned. Still working on eating A LOT better.....that is ever on-going!
