I'm new here, been around MFP for about 2 months now. I don't know how to add pics, but you're more than welcome to add me. I have my "work in progress" pics up. I put a new pic up after every 10 lbs lost.0

I'm 5'3 1/2" and started out at 125 pounds. I was down to 100-102 pounds at one point but gained muscle and went up to 108-110 which is where I am now.
Between 108-110 pounds:

What great motivation! I'm 5'3.5 and have started shrinking in height in my late 50's. It's true short people show the weight a lot faster. One thing I've learned and we can see with the photo threads is that body frame means a lot in terms of weight. I didn't think I could every lose weight until I found MFP. I lost 15 and then hurt my ankle and knee and everything fell by the wayside. I'm back now and hope to have the same successes of the ladies here!0

This is a comparison from 1986 and 2011 when I weighed about the same weight.

Such inspiring pictures! I started my (hopefully) last weight loss journey about 3 weeks ago with the removal of my thyroid. I've lost 6 pounds so far. Very encouraging!
