Love - for me, it's a great workout (600+ cals burned in 50 minutes) and so much more fun and than spending an hour on an elliptical. And I'm completely uncoordinated and typically dislike exercise classes0

I LOVE zumba! It's a great workout, burn tons of calories, and it's super fun.0

Love Zumba. But the instructor makes or breaks the class.0

I just took my first Zumba class this past Monday .. it was awesome! I had so much fun .. I did learn that I have no rhythm, LOL but I felt like I worked out and had a blast. I would recommend Zumba.0

Love it, I'm usually sore everywhere afterwards....including my calves which seem to never hurt after a workout0

LOVE IT !!!!0

I've taken Zumba classes a couple of times and it was so much fun! In my experience, even if you're not doing the moves exactly right you are still sweating and getting a work out by just moving!0

I love it , time flies and I feel so toned after0

Obsessed! LOL I go 4 x's a week and I miss it the day's I don't have class!0
-
BTW I lost 24 lbs in one month by doing Zumba 4x's a week and staying under or at 100 g carbs a day!0

LOVE LOVE LOVE! I have the DVD's that I use 5 days a week and I take one class at my community center on Saturdays. Once you get the jist of the choreography, you can add your own flavor to it and just groove.0

I happen to know that I'm getting Zumba for Wii for Christmas! *wink, wink*
You're welcome to come over and give it a try with me! I think Meg is interested, too!0 -
I absolutely love zumba!! I started it a few months ago and have become addicted to it. I agree that the instructor makes or breaks the class and luckily I have a very good one.0

I used to attend the classes. I enjoyed it and the time flew by. I stopped because my foot kept going numb while I was doing it, but if you're generally healthy, you will probably be fine. I had to modify some of the moves to be lower impact since I have some weird joint issues in my foot.0

I am an instructor. I got certified in August. It really does depend on your instructor but I think that I make a good and fun class where we can burn between 500-1000 calories in 50 minutes. Zumba is how I started in the gym and I still do it all the time. 5 times a week and 2 times a day at least most days.0

i really want to try it. everybody is surprised i haven't done it yet becausae i love to dance, especially to music like zumba covers. one of these days i will.. my bff did it for a while and she shed weight like crazy!0

I tried it for the first time today. I was really nervous and have been toying with the idea for almost three months. I did much better than I thought and I loved it. I will definately go back again. I think it will be a fun addition to my workout routine.0

I'm getting this for Christmas! Glad to see that someone likes it0 -
Ok, totally frustrated me the first couple of times! I couldn't seem to get everything moving in the right direction and as fast as the instructor! I have done it 3x a week for the last 3-4 weeks and I'm just getting the hang of some of the moves as of today! : ) I do modify some of the moves because of past injuries, etc. But, all and all, it burns lots of calories and it is better than the stationary bike or treadmill I used to use! So, I would say go for it! : ) I also got The Biggest Loser Boot Camp DVD from the library and did it after Zumba tonight. (I know, glutton for punishment!) But, I did it, burned lots of calories - almost as much as I ate today!! I recommend both!0

LOOOOOOVE IT!
The music is high energy (I usually end up asking for the song names to download) and it's a party every class. XD0 -
So happy to find this post on Zumba! I typically go twice a week and my instructor
has the same taste in music so I really enjoy her class. The first time you will be so
focused on the steps but by your second class you'll be having so much fun you won't
care because you will be having such a good time!0 -
I've just got the Zumba Exhilarate DVD pack.... and I'm pleasantly surprised...
I've done the 20 minute class (Zumba Rush) and the tempo is nearly as fast as an actual real life class...
I'm slightly out of breath & dripping with sweat by then end of it.
I usually burn 210 calories after doing it.0 -
I love it, I'm a certified Zumba Instructor in Scottsdale, Arizona and I love my class and students, A LOT!
ZUMBA LOVE!0 -
LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE ZUMBA!!!!! It is fun fun fun You forget you are exercising (with the right instructor) and just Zumba your little heart out0

That would be fun Loree! I got a Kinect for the family for Christmas. May have to look into a Zumba or dance game for it.0

Love it! I've never been to a live class, but I have the original DVD set. I just got done doing it in my hotel room (traveling for work). It plays right on my laptop, so I really have no excuse not to do it. It's fun, and before you know it, it's over and you have just burned over 500 calories. You can make it as easy or as hard as you want. Be prepared to sweat!0

Is this the three DVD set? If so, I also have it. I bought it thinking that I could stop the classes and just Zumba at home. Well, I did for one year. It was not the same. Not as exciting and didn't burn as many calories. I am back in class.0
