    Tue: 0mins/0cals- My upper body was still sore from yesterday's workout and my shin splints are healing.
    Wed: 78 mins/ 578 cals
    Thur: 29mins/301 cals
    Fri: 60 mins/ 602 cals

    Thur: 45 min LS - 3 mile DVD
    Fri: 105 min = 35 min LS - 2 mile DVD, 70 min at gym (25 min bike, 20 elliptical, 25 min weights)
    Sat: 60 min = 35 min LS - 2 mile DVD, 25 min cleaning with HRM on
    Sun: resting these knees

    I thought I might have a hard time making it this week. I had a few days where I couldn't get to the gym. I little extra walking today helped me reach my goal for the week

    SOrry im late this week- I've been out of the loop so far this week- My DVD broke and I feel like my exercise life had stopped seeing it dark when I get home and cant really go out side for walking or running
    SO this week I will set my goal low 180. I should be able to handle it!

    Wednesday- 15 Minutes slow walking and 25 Minutes JM 30DS for a total of 40 Minutes
    Thursday- 60 Minutes today 30 DS and cleaning and walking
    Friday- 40 Minutes total... I feel I need to wait until everyone is in bed before I can work out! does anyone else feel that way! I feel kinda silly doing all this jumping in front of my hubby!
    Saturday- I did over 25 Minutes- but I will just count the 25 for JM 30DS
    Sunday-58 Minutes total today!!

    Well. That was not a good week, was it? Things got so crazy...but that doesn't mean I should push aside exercise. This week I will lower my goals back to 280 mins & 1390 calories burned to be more realistic.

    I was very close to making my goal last week. I think I will be sitting this week out but will let you know if I get more exercise than I expect. I have my final paper due in my night class and with helping my Mother so much I am a bit behind. This coming weekend is my anniversary and last weekend was my husband's birthday and I am happy today because I have managed not to gain. Maybe I can get this paper written and get moving. Have a great week moving all!
