This week's goal: 360 minutes
December 5th: Walked 3 miles for 40minutes ( hoping to get another workout in this evening) 320 minutes remaining...Walked 3 more miles this evening for 40 minutes ( 280 minutes remaining)
December 6th: Rest day
December 7th: Walked 3 miles for 40 minutes (240 minutes remaining), got another workout this evening. Walked 3 miles for 40minutes (200 minutes remaining)
December 8th rest day...0 -
SOrry im late this week- I've been out of the loop so far this week- My DVD broke and I feel like my exercise life had stopped seeing it dark when I get home and cant really go out side for walking or running
SO this week I will set my goal low 180. I should be able to handle it!
