    This week's goal: 360 minutes

    December 5th: Walked 3 miles for 40minutes ( hoping to get another workout in this evening) 320 minutes remaining...Walked 3 more miles this evening for 40 minutes ( 280 minutes remaining)
    December 6th: Rest day
    December 7th: Walked 3 miles for 40 minutes (240 minutes remaining), got another workout this evening. Walked 3 miles for 40minutes (200 minutes remaining)
    December 8th rest day...

    SOrry im late this week- I've been out of the loop so far this week- My DVD broke and I feel like my exercise life had stopped seeing it dark when I get home and cant really go out side for walking or running
    SO this week I will set my goal low 180. I should be able to handle it!

    Mon: 60mins/537 cals
    Tue: 0mins/0cals- My upper body was still sore from yesterday's workout and my shin splints are healing.
    Wed: 78 mins/ 548 cals

    Total/min left: 225/ 360 Calories burned remaining 2415/3,500

    I need to burn about 600 calories a workout to reach goal.. I better start working hard!

    Usually Thursday I have a sort of rest day in that I work in the morning and it is pretty active so I don't usually show it here but today I am going to count some of it since we walked a bunch on a field trip.

    Week 1 (November 28th) 330 min.surpassed my my goal of 300 minutes
    Week 2 (Dec. 5) Goal is 300 minutes
    Mon: 60 min. Aquafit
    Tue: 60 min. Walk/run intervals
    Wed: 60 min Aquafit
    Thur: 60 min walk

    Well, I do not have any exercise scheduled for this weekend, so I will not be hitting my goal this week. I ended up doing 240 minutes and that has to count for something...right?

    Hi Jenny! Good job!! I put my CD in my laptop to exercise while I watch TV. I have a DVD player but then I would not be able to watch TV. Good job getting it in anyways!
