    Mon - rest day
    Tue - running, walking the dog, 1064 cals
    Wed - elliptical, 30DS, walking the dog, 791 cals
    Thu - running, 30DS, walking the dog, 1036 cals

    Total - 2921/3500 cals burned

    AWESOME BURNS!! Whoooohooooo!! Good to see someone doing the calorie burns. I use to do both but I don't worry about the burn anymore. Keep up the good work!!

    Monday- 30 Minutes Total - Circuit training 20 minutes and Zumba/dancing 15 Minutes
    Tuesday- 30 Minute Brisk walk and 22 Minutes of 30DS- So a total of 52 Minutes
    Wednesday- I was up late so I forgot to post but I did 22 minutes for 30DS
    Thursday- again22 minutes of 30DS (bahahahaha... I was a day early!!!!)
