    Tue - running, walking the dog, 1064 cals
    Wed - elliptical, 30DS, walking the dog, 791 cals
    Thu - running, 30DS, walking the dog, 1036 cals
    Fri - elliptical, 30DS, walking the dog, 881 cals

    Total - 3772/3500 cals burned, woohoo! And I'm doing a quick run tomorrow morning before stuffing my face with yumminess at a Christmas market. :drinker:

    Week of November 28th my goal is 300 minutes:

    Mon: 60 min. Aquafit
    Tue: 60 min run/walk intervals and 30 min. moving boxes
    Wed: 60 min. Aquafit
    Thur: I have an active job for now on Thursday but not counting that here
    Fri: 60 Minutes (30 minute run and the rest walk)
    Sat:
    Sun:

    Total/min left: 270 / 30

    I have been having my trouble at the end of the week so I am glad I have finally broke the pattern. I should be able to make my goal this week and maybe up the nimutes next week.

    Welcome Week #1 Goal 210 Minutes


    Monday- 30 Minutes Total - Circuit training 20 minutes and Zumba/dancing 15 Minutes
    Tuesday- 30 Minute Brisk walk and 22 Minutes of 30DS- So a total of 52 Minutes
    Wednesday- I was up late so I forgot to post but I did 22 minutes for 30DS
    Thursday- again22 minutes of 30DS
    Friday-( okay now that I have the right day!!! LOL) I did 57 Minutes... 35 slow walking and 22 minutes of 30DS...

    Mon: 45 mins/ 507 cals-off to a good start!
    Tue: 68 mins/ 538 cals
    Wed: 0/mins/0 cals
    Thur: 0mins/0 cals (hate being sick! Looks like I will have to up my workouts next couple of days!)
    Fri: 49 mins/481 cals (Hopefully I can make up some of this at my first race tomorrow! So excited!)
