I did the November challenge and want to continue this month too since I need to get back into my normal exercise schedule after having to spend alot of time with helping my Mom. Yesterday I helped her move into a Retirement community. So I am starting a bit late reporting this week.
Week of November 28th my goal is 300 minutes:
Mon: 60 min. Aquafit
Tue: 60 min run/walk intervals and 30 min. moving boxes
Wed: 60 min. Aquafit

I have been having my trouble at the end of the week. So here goes.0 -
Mon: 60 min. aerobics, 45 min. Ashtanga Yoga - Total: 105 minutes
Tue: 30 min. Zumba

Wed: 0 mins/0 cals- I am so disappointed! Set myself up with such a high goal And ended up getting some type of bug!
