    Hey everyone!

    So I was pretty good this week (minus the small bag of popcorn at the movie theatre, but I'd budgeted for that...), and it payed off :happy: This is the last summer I'm gonna be fat......



    Starting weight 04/13/09: 158.0
    90 day goal: 128.0

    04/20/09: 157 (-1)
    04/27/09: 156 (-1)
    05/04/09: 154 (-2)

    yah I was excited the last time I weighed my self I was 140... I started eating alittle better and was going to "Start" my REAL eating better today... So I weighed my self this morning and I was 135!!! I was like whooo hooo!!

    Anywho, I had some honey nut cheerios for breakfast w/no milk, and for lunch I'm having a little salad I made with a piece of pita bread. Drinking lots of water and after work I'm going tanning and then home to work out.

    ** 4mnts til my Wedding Day! and 10 pds to go!!

    Happy Monday. I am going to try and stay positive I got woke up at 3 am by one of the kids who had a bad dream. Never fell back to sleep before the alarm went off. Everything is harder when I do not get enough sleep. Hope all had a great weekend.

    04/27/09: 186 bad bad week, felt so run down that working out did not happen as much as wanted. Pizza Friday night out for anniversary last night ( of course my husband picked an Italian place for dinner)

    I started phase 1 of the South Beach Diet today Looking back at my food diary I can see I have been eating a lot of carbs....I was staying in my calorie counts but am really stalled. I have done Atkins but found it too restrictive to make it a lifestyle. Hoping I can find that lifestyle with South Beach because I do not want to count calories the rest of my life. I would also like to not worry about how many calroies I burned during a workout. I just want to work out and be proud that I did it.

    I know they have a lot of sodium but I like smart ones a lot. I usually eat those everyday for lunch so that I know exactly how many calories. For dinner I cook a healthy meal.

    I like the Smart ones too but my stomach is soooo sensitive that the Smart Ones upset it! So i have to actually make my lunch!! Which is not too bad.

    I was thinking of doing the South Beach Diet. Is it good? I notice that I eat tons of carbs (way more than protein) Any tips? The last time I tried I had a serious headache.....was that the carbs and sugars exiting my body????

    Temptation Argh! I hate it but it will always be around. :grumble: Start over girl no worries, you can do it! Try to get more cardio in this week and drink your water to help flush out all the things you ate that wasn't good... :smile:

    I would have to say probably sugar or maybe a little of both. If you try it again maybe try weaning yourself off the carbs. It does start really abruptly, work your way into no carbs for the first phase, But in a few days of no carbs and fruits you should be okay. I think if it gets really bad call your doctor, maybe he would have a better idea. Good Luck!!!!:bigsmile:

    thanks! I started today and I only have a small headache. I am just a carb junkie. This website helps me see just how much (carbs) I eat vs protein. I hope this diet works, I am really trying to shock my body because I reached a plateau.

    Not so good this week gained 2 pounds back. I'm at 194. I had a cold this past week and TOM is on the way. Better weight loss this week I hope. Have a blessed week.:happy:

    Hey everybody!
    Just checking in for the first time. Today I burned 850-yes, 850 calories!!!! doing Zumba then Yoga,
    so i made Indian food, and am still within my calories. Hooray for exercise calories!
    5/5 143.5.......The 130's are so close, I can taste them, metaphorically of course....
