 I thought I might have a hard time making it this week. I had a few days where I couldn't get to the gym. I little extra walking today helped me reach my goal for the week0

            SOrry im late this week- I've been out of the loop so far this week- My DVD broke and I feel like my exercise life had stopped seeing it dark when I get home and cant really go out side for walking or running
 SO this week I will set my goal low 180. I should be able to handle it!

 Friday- 40 Minutes total... I feel I need to wait until everyone is in bed before I can work out! does anyone else feel that way! I feel kinda silly doing all this jumping in front of my hubby!
 Saturday- I did over 25 Minutes- but I will just count the 25 for JM 30DS

            I was very close to making my goal last week. I think I will be sitting this week out but will let you know if I get more exercise than I expect. I have my final paper due in my night class and with helping my Mother so much I am a bit behind. This coming weekend is my anniversary and last weekend was my husband's birthday and I am happy today because I have managed not to gain. Maybe I can get this paper written and get moving.
