    hahah I'm glad you can relate! Though I wouldn't wish these feelings or "problems" on anyone, it's a real comfort to know that there are people out there who know where I'm coming from and understand what it's like.

    I am proud of myself, I'm making small improvements every day that add up to a lot over time. It's not easy, and I sometimes wonder if I'm doing enough, fast enough. I have come pretty far, but still have so far to go. Sometimes it feels like 3 steps forward and two steps back. lol
