Daily Challenges Completed: Sat-Wed exercise challenges done, I was over in calories one day but got my water in on all days

I hope I am wrong but with no loss this might be my last week "in" the challenge but if I am eliminated I still plan to keep doing it I am totally blaming TOM for my no loss.0 -

Is there a substitute for burpees? Because of my knees, I can't do them.0 -
