    Good morning everyone! I'm off to scuba dive, so thought I'd get my week's results in:

    Current weight: 149.2
    Current waist: 31
    Current hips: 40
    Curent wrist: 6
    Current forearm: 9.5
    Exercise minutes: 495
    Daily Challanges: All except the Burpees (I can't do them)
    Bonus Challange: Yes

    Daily Challenges Completed: Sat-Wed exercise challenges done, I was over in calories one day :( but got my water in on all days

    I hope I am wrong but with no loss this might be my last week "in" the challenge but if I am eliminated I still plan to keep doing it :) I am totally blaming TOM for my no loss.

    Exercise Minutes: 200 (bad week with lots of sickness at my house) :(

    Good Luck everyone. This challenge is great, it's really helped keep me focused this month in the midst getting busier. :)

    Oh, I forgot I was great on water all week but over on calories on Saturday.

    Here it goes. I probably confused you last week with what I had and hadn't done and minutes etc., so ill try to make it easier this week.

    yes they are...I think of all the exercise the split squat and the burpees are my least fave!

    :sad: My weight didn't change....I had some movement in my hips though. Off to get todays daily challlenge in and then we are off to a friends house and then a christmas party tonight.

    Sat. Dec. 17th: 100 jumping jacks & 100 crunches
    under in calories and over in water
    also did some hardcore cleaning today too

    Oh and I am just gonna put it out there....This weeks bonus challenge sucks lol. Burpee's always kick my butt :wink: :noway: :sad:

    Forgot about water and calories. Did all my water (and above), and was under calories all week. :-)

    Is there a substitute for burpees? Because of my knees, I can't do them.
