I am in with this challenge and will do it I will use my pedometer also to count my steps as I want to do 10000 steps a day. I will also look into getting something that I can use exercising to tell me how much calories I actually have burned. Keep you all posted.

Everyone is doing awesome!! Well we are over half way now. Even if you did not meet your goals last week, keep trying and making the effort to get in something most days.
I know the next 2 weeks will be challenging for most but figure a way to get it in.

Well I am back again. The paper is finished. Not sure what to expect for the week before Christmas but I am not waiting to get back into my exercise routine. Missed you.
