    Week of Dec 5th my goal is 550 minutes.

    Mon - 90 min (circut Traning and ellitical)
    Tue- 60 in (spin class)
    Wed- 90 min (circut Traning and Elliptical)
    Thur- 60 min ( Interval runing and elliptical)
    Fri-
    Sat-
    Sun-

    Week 3: 300/550

    Week 1 Total mins - 398/360 - Achieved goal!
    Week 2 Total mins - 525/420 - Achieved and Exceeded Goal!

    Monday: 60 minutes (280 minutes remaining), Walked for 60 minutes (220 minutes remaining)
    Tuesday: Rest day
    Wednesday: Walked for 40 minutes (180 minutes left), Walked in the evening for 40 minutes (140 minutes left)
    Thursday: Rest Day
    Friday: Walked for 70 minutes ( 70 minutes remaining)

    Seems like I am going to be short again this week! Sigh!

    I am in with this challenge and will do it :) I will use my pedometer also to count my steps as I want to do 10000 steps a day. I will also look into getting something that I can use exercising to tell me how much calories I actually have burned. Keep you all posted.

    320 mins this week and I am done this week will be back next week :)

    Dec 13 - 93 min (45min run/walk, 48 min walk) - 578 calories
    Dec 14 - 25 min walk - 93 calories
    Dec 15 - 0 - sick again! arg!
    Dec 16 - 20 min walk - 104 calories

    Sat: 0/0--Not able to workout today.. Might.. MIGHT get a small workout in when I get home to something on comcast but then again.. probably not. Oh well...
