    20 mile bike ride this morning.
    Started at Marathon (top left of the map), did the rowing center loop and headed to the beach (bottom right). Took a 45 min coffee break halfway at the waterfront and repeated backwards. Some cyclists along the way, lots of ducks, ravens and frogs.

    After blowing off Saturday completely!!!!! I used my make-up day (today) wisely - just finished 5.5 miles which brings me to 67 miles for the month.
