Girl i am 100% on the same boat with ya, them damn gold fish and cheez its or any type of small cheesy cracker is a weakness.. once you take one hand ful... ya keep coming back. i take fiber pills to keep me full more, it almost makes me feel like i cant eat or ill throw up,, so thats the only way to keep clear from them...oh and rice krispy treats.. uhhh love em0

Sugar and starches got me fat. I read Gary Taubes's book in which he discusses the science behind how sugars and starches drive insulin which in turn drives fat storage. Since, I have adopted a high fat (75% of daily calories), moderate protein, very low carb diet. That, combined with moderate exercise has dropped my weight 26 lbs in 2 months. Another plus is that I feel better than ever, without the huge energy swings I had when I was scarfing the carbs.0

what is everyone's favorite food/ biggest weakness? the one where once you start eating you just can't stop?
for me its goldfish and cheez-its.
i don't buy them at the store because once i get home i know i will scarf the whole box but i work at my gym's day care one day a week and they are always fully stocked. ahh! its killing me. every time a kid asks for a snack i take some for myself.
just wondering what everyone else has trouble with.0 -
The chips & salsa from Mexican restaurants.. legit could eat 3 baskets to myself. Ridiculousness.. so yumm0

Chipins. Indiana Popcorn White cheddar chipins. And the Indiana Popcorn Kettlecorn. Dude. I would happily eat the whole bag (and sometimes I will save myself the calories and enjoy 3 servings! Nom Nom. They never last more than 3 days in my house. And I dont share them. I buy them once a week, and work them into my calories. Yum!0

any nut butter. especially fresh almond butter from whole foods. I have an emergency tub in my bottom desk drawer. About to eat some right meow. It's a disease, I swear.
also, trail mix is dangerous. dangerously addicting and delicious.0 -
Nachos or spaghetti. I make healthy versions of both but I always eat way too much.0

Biscuits. There are always plenty at work and resisting them when having a cuppa is tough!0

If I buy Ritz crackers, I can't just eat the five in the serving size. I find I eat the whole row. I haven't bought ritz crackers in a long time.. I HAVE eaten them with cheese at a party. I limit myself to three, and walk away...0

Pizza is another one of mine (yes, I know I said i was leaving the thread, but I lied, so there!), but I have found one at a supermarket that has 600 cals per whole pizza. You have to really like mediterranean vegetables and not so much cheese, but it's a proper stonebaked pizza and not some diet version. I really like it.0

Trail mix--mixed nuts, dried tropical fuit, and sometimes a few cheez-its. The nuts & fruit get me everytime and I cannot stop until the whole container is gone! I only buy it every once in a while when I've been craving it bad, but then it take a bit to recover from it!0
