    Week of December 26th my goal is 280 minutes:

    Mon: 60 min walk (may do more today)
    Tue: 20 min Leslie Sansone 1 mile DVD
    Wed: 75 min @ gym = 25 min elliptical, 35 min bike, 15 min weights
    Thur:
    Fri:
    Sat:
    Sun:

    Total/min left: 155 / 125

    Week 1 - total/min left/goal - 90/160/250- I could not get my mojo going.:grumble: :noway:
    Week 2 - total/min left/goal - 275/0/250 - Goal reached!!:bigsmile: :flowerforyou:
    Week 3 - total/min left/goal - 255/20/275 - Almost! :wink: I did not make goal but I am satisfied with my effort.:happy:

    I went running in the rain today and wore the running shirt my daughter gave me for Christmas, so warm
    Week 1 (November 28th) 330 min.surpassed my my goal of 300 minutes
    Week 2 (Dec. 5) Goal is 240 minutes under by 60 minutes
    Week 3 (Dec 12) sat out due to finals week
    Week 4 (Dec 19) I met my goal of 300
    Week of 26th Goal is 360
    Mon: 60 min.walking
    Tue: 60 min. stationary bike and various home exercise
