HAPPY NEW YEAR'S!!!! Welcome to all the newbies and the familiar faces! Glad to see you on here. So have you made a new year's resolution(s)? My resolution is going to be take one day at a time and the weight will come off as long as I stay on-point and keep moving. Stressing about WL is only going to make me fall off the wagon and feel like a failure so no pressure in losing this year. This doesn't mean I won't express feelings about the fluctuations that come with WL but to remember where I started and where I'm going.
I'm taking a DOR today. Ran 1.11 miles yesterday and running 2 miles tomorrow; training for a 5K on my treadmill through nikerunning.com. No event just want to be fit and run a steady 5K. What does everyone have planned for today?0 -

I'm going running tomorrow, have been following the B210K programme, on week 3, so looking to enter a 10k in the spring, then, who knows?
So my main resolution is to improve and commit to my running schedule.0 -
