    Hi , I'm Becky, and I am totally up for this challenge. Thanks for setting it up. My goals this year are to maintain the 60 pounds I lost in 2011, and also tone and improve my strength.

    1st Jan- 77 minutes walking and 26 minutes wii zumba = 103 minutes

    Only 897 to go :P and 55lbs to go

    Please count me in. I've also joined 100,000 calories burned in 2012. I'm keeping track of minutes, calories, and miles. I want to see how far I go in a year. My ticker is incorrect. I will weigh in in the morning and update it. I've gained over the past month. Here's to a great 2012 everyone !

    How did you do the ticker, goody girl?

    I went to www.tickerfactory.com and they have an exercise fitness ticker you can create; once you have completed your ticker, they have a link you can copy and paste into message boards. At first I couldn't get mine to work but I kept trying and it finally copied over successfully! Good Luck :-)
