in January, I'm going for at least 180. It'll probably have to be mostly on the trainer if last January's weather was typical in our town. Egad.

I've been with this group since July 2011 and I've been able to ride the recumbant bike for 4.5 miles, 1 hour , level 1. Now, at the beginning of 2012, I can ride for 15 miles, 1 hour at level 7. I owe all of this to you Rick for setting these monthly challenges up. Thanks! I look forward to participating in this challenge monthly.
I'm adjusting my goal for 2012 to 1,000 miles because I want to walk/run a half marathon and I'm training for that as well.
