Is there an easy way to link back to my post to edit the daily minutes rather than having to search for it each time?

I usually find my last post and the click quote. Then I remove the quote things at the front and back and add my next workout.

I keep a text file (mfpsignature.txt) on my desktop, edit that and paste. Hope this helps!
