  • HI Guys,

    Just done another 32 minutes on wii zumba and plan to go to the gym when my husband wakes up from his night shift sleep.

    03 = 79 min - indoor cycling

    LOVE a challenge!

    Jan 1 - 45 mins (just dance 3)
    Jan 2 - 35 mins (biggest loser ultimate workout)
    Jan 3 - 65 mins (just dance 3 and BL yoga)


    Total: 145... 15% there!

    3/1: 50 min. elliptical, 20 min. spinning
    total=200 min. done, 800 to go!

    02 = 70 mins (housework 50mins)(walking up n downstairs 20mins)
    03 = 80 mins (walking mostly) and resistance bands. walking in gale force winds too

    I so can do it the trick is staying motivated, I will be doing 60 min water arobics classes at the Y. I'll try four 5 times a week but may only make it 4. Allso I live on a hill and there are 19 strair steps from the parking lot to front door. Will make a point of doing the stairs several times each day. Good luck everu one and keep moving!
