I so can do it the trick is staying motivated, I will be doing 60 min water arobics classes at the Y. I'll try four 5 times a week but may only make it 4. Allso I live on a hill and there are 19 strair steps from the parking lot to front door. Will make a point of doing the stairs several times each day. Good luck everu one and keep moving!0
