    I am just under 5'3" and right now between 202 and 208. My goal is to ultimately be around 150- 160 and toned. I am afraid if I weigh any less than that I would look too skinny, but we will see. I would love to hit that goal around year's end. I think by June, I would like to be around 180ish.

    I'm 5'2, currently somewhere between 190 and 200 (haven't stepped on a scale for the past three weeks and won't for a while - until i work off this holiday weight). If possible, I want to be at my goal weight of 105-110 by the end of the year but if I could get down even to around 130 by the end of the year, I'd be THRILLED!

    I'm 5' 3.5" and never have ever been below 116. As I age, I find it even harder and harder to fight the pounds. So maybe 116 would be an ultimate goal for me.

    Hey guys im 5'4" 128 and looking to be around 105 this summer anyone else achieved a similar goal?

    OMG Im 5'4" (well almsot 5'5") and would LOVE to be 128 again. Im at 138 but can keep to get this post baby weight off!! Can it still be counted as post baby weight 2.5 years later??

    I am 5'1" and in August I topped the scales at 154.4. Just this past Monday I celebrated when I reached 124.4 on the scales!!! 30 Pounds gone. Not sure exactly where I want to be weight wise. I have a dr. appt. tomorrow to talk to my doctor and see what we can decide is a good/healthy/attainable weight is for me. I am thinking 115-120 pounds. So between 4.4 & 9 pounds more to go! I can do it, I can do it, I can do it!!

    5'2" at 116 lbs. If I could get down to 110 by this time next year I'd be really happy.

    No offense, but I think some of you have goals that are too amibitious. Unless she's severely overweight, a short woman shouldn't expect to lose more than a pound a month (trust me, I know from experience!).

    I'm 5'4 and trying to get down to 120ish. i am medium build and am looking to be tone with lean muscle. I DO NOT want to be skinny!

    YAY we are about the same! I'm about 5'4" medium build. I have good muscle on me already and need to get rid of the fat.

    I'm about 145lb right now and going for 130 - (started at 151, hit 136, then due to injury, lost exercise and started eating <sad>)

  • 5'1" and working to get down to 115 at the most. Currently I'm 163 at my heaviest I was 180. Most of weight loss was due to depression after a miscarriage last June. I'm hoping to keep losing and prepare my body for the next blessing God wishes to bestow upon my husband and I.
  • im 5'2"...just started tracking on the 1st...anyone else having trouble eating all their calories? im at 1200 and still coming up short. obviously, i eat too many if im overweight now...so why is tracking making me not eat enough???

    I'm 5'4" and I am currently 163, down from 180. It's like pulling teeth! I"ll be 60 in April, and I'd really like to have 20 off by then. My ultimate goal is 130. I carry most of weight in my thighs hips and butt, and currently I am just trying to get more exercise in each week than I did the week before. I am going back to Planet Fitness Satruday and I'm going to sign up with a trainer who understands that I am totally out of condition at the moment. Hopefully by summer, I'll be feeling better!
