    01-01 - 17 Miles - 71 Minutes - 1806 Calories - Trainer ride.
    01-02 - 17 Miles - 73 Minutes - 1886 Calories - Trainer ride.
    01-03 - 19 Miles - 94 Minutes - 2009 Calories - Outdoor cycling. 32 degrees. Sunny. 10 to 15 MPH head winds out; then 10 to 15 MPH tail winds back.
    01-04 - 18 Miles - 96 Minutes - 1760 Calories - Outdoor cycling. 44 Degrees. Sunny. Same winds as yesterday. Took it easy.

    January - 70 Miles - 334 Minutes - 5701 Calories

    1st Jan: 0
    2nd Jan: 105mins. (30mins run/walk, 45mins strength training, 30mins Just Dance 3)
    3rd Jan: 90mins (60mins Zumba, 30mins Just Dance 3)
    4th Jan: 75mins (30mins run/walk, 45mins Zumba).
    Total: 270mins.
  • I'm in! The only exercise I currently get, is through walking. I'm studying abroad and I get of the bus one or two stops earlier and try to do short distances by foot. I have a goal for 2012 to walk 4km (2,5 miles if I calculated correctly) each day and so far so good! When I don't get the 4km one day, I have to do extra km's some other day. I track everything with my smartphone, really easy to see how many km I did and how many minutes it took.

    So here it goes!

    01-01 18 min (this day didn't 'count' because I was a bit sick, because I've been partying too much the night before... oops :smile: )
    02-01: 65 min
    03-01: 58 min
    04-01: 73 min

    total so far: 214 min

    I'm gonna try my best!
    Jan 1 = 60 mins (exercise/dancing);
    Jan 2 = 0 mins (unless spring cleaning counts?);
    Jan 3 = 30 mins (heavy removals);
    Jan 4 = 30 mins (brisk walk)
    ....when you start adding it up it begins to look good! :happy:

    Jan 2nd-122 minutes (walking, jumping jacks)
    Jan 3- 10 minutes
    Jan 4- 99 minutes...so far (Zumba step by step video, jumping jacks, jogging, walking)
