    Jan 2012 1000 mins challenge
    01 – 60mins - 940mins to go, elliptical, rower, 100 squats
    02 – 75mins – 865mins to go, elliptical, rower, cycling 100 squats
    03 – 40mins – 825mins to go, cycling, 100 squats
    04 – 85mins – 740mins to go, elliptical, rower, cycling, 100 squats
    05 – 45mins – 695mins to go, cycling, 100 squats.
  • 01/01 = 92 minutes
    01/02 = 95 minutes
    01/03 = 90 minutes
    01/04 = 32 minutes, for a total of 309 minutes so far.
