Would love to see a UK version of this, as I have no idea what a few of the products you've named are, and I wouldn't even know where to start with alternatives!

Thanks for sharing. My kids will love this. They are 3 / 5 and I am always looking for "fun" recipes that are creative and fun. They aren't big eaters. Thanks again.

OK, I tried these tonight, changed the recipe to my preferences and they were wonderful. I used three layers of wanton and used more veggie (spinach and mushrooms) and a little less meat. I also used a jenny-o turkey sausage. My Cupcake tins are over sized so I only made 10. by my figuring, mine came out to be 200 cals, mostly because I used a higher calorie cheese.

I love, love, love this Idea. What strikes me is the flexibility to make all different kinds of things from a shrimp white sauce with spinach or a quiche type thing to even a dessert type dish. I am considering this my new personal hot pocket and will be playing with recipes moving forward.

    Thank you for posting this.

Seriously, this is really flexible. If you can find a veggie lasagna recipe, you can add some lean ground turkey or beef and create your own dish

Made these using only 1 wonton wrapper, tomato sauce, and fat free cheese and was able to get them down to 56 calories each .

They all disappeared. Gonna have to make more tomorrow.
