Morning all, hope your all doing well, I had one slip up earlier in the week at a friends birthday meal I had nachos and a main that consisted of salmon, veg and rice.... The starter was the problem. But not to worry. I'm really looking forward to the weigh in! I'm hoping for some good numbers!

I have done ripped in 30, but only for about 7 or so!! LOL!! :laugh: It's a very challenging workout, but I just can't workout with Jillian everyday! Don't get me wrong, I love her workouts, but I can only handle the same video 1, maybe 2 days a week, tops! I use me treadmill alot, as I'm totally addicted to running!
So, how about you? Are you liking ripped in 30?? How long have you been using it??0 -

I had a bad-ish day on Tuesday due to an office birthday party, but I did a really tough workout that night, so I feel vindicated. Last night I didn't go to the gym and just did some push-ups at home and it felt super mediocre. I must get into the gym tonight.0
