    Just curious is anyone else doing ripped in 30 at the moment!?

    I have done ripped in 30, but only for about 7 or so!! LOL!! :laugh: It's a very challenging workout, but I just can't workout with Jillian everyday! Don't get me wrong, I love her workouts, but I can only handle the same video 1, maybe 2 days a week, tops! I use me treadmill alot, as I'm totally addicted to running!
    So, how about you? Are you liking ripped in 30?? How long have you been using it??

    I had a bad-ish day on Tuesday due to an office birthday party, but I did a really tough workout that night, so I feel vindicated. Last night I didn't go to the gym and just did some push-ups at home and it felt super mediocre. I must get into the gym tonight.
