lost 6lb on my 1st week, so pleased with that0 -
Hi Jackie,
I said on one of these many posts I'll be in. Because I started last Sunday there was no point me putting in an latest reading on the Wednesday so this is my first one. I'll be doing my weigh-ins on a Sunday not a Wednesday as that is the end of a week for me. I hope that is OK and I can still join in. Anyhow here's my bits and pieces
1st January - 336lbs (I originally said 338 but I messed up on the conversion from st and lbs to just lbs)
And todays is
8th January - 329lbs
Yep I lost 11lbs and wasn't trying. It's amazing what difference eating three meals a day makes and not skipping meals.
I bet I'll get something silly like half a pound next week
Hopefully my body will get used to what I am doing and very quickly I'll get to a regular and better 1-2lbs off per week, When I joined Slimming World a few years back I was dropping about 6-7lbs a week for about a month before it settled down.
Anyhow first week in, lets see what happens this week..
Good luck everyone!0 -

Hi Roblyssa,
Thank you.
I wish I hadn't been experimenting in the week adding measurements etc so it was from my start weight then it would have said 11lbs for the whole week rather just 7lbs since Wednesday.
You look like you are doing an amazing job yourself and it's harder for you. Being as large as me it's reasonable easy to pull off a loss, sometimes big numbers. When I'm close to your weight I will be surprised and over the moon, but will be happy with losing anything.
Keep going you're doing fantastcally! Here's to your next 6kg.0 -
