1. Almonds (raw)
2. Plain yogurt
3. Pre-washed mixed greens (I HATE washing lettuce)
4. Bell peppers
5. Cucumbers
6. Light ranch dressing
7. Honey
8. Peanut butter
9. Skim milk
10. Old-fashioned oats
11. Bananas
I know that's cheating, but I have all of those basically at all times. I also always have one other type of fruit (whatever is in season) and another veggie: carrots, celery, broccoli (yum), etc.0 -
Boiled eggs (I eat only the white part)
Walnuts (raw)
Almonds (raw)
Oatmeal
Skinless Chicken breasts
Avocados (about 1/2 of one every day)
Flax Seed
Tilapia (fish)
Cod (fish)
Salmon (fish)
I have all these other foods in the house for the rest of the family, but resist the following:
NO BREAD, NO PASTA, NO DAIRY (Except for eggs), NO PROCESSED FOODS, etc.0 -

9Red Pears, my absolute favorite fruit
10steel cut oatmeal (my absolute necesity. if there was a disaster and i could only have one item in my house, thats it, hands down. So good, even with nothing in it. buti love chopped up raisins, nuts, cinnamon, chocolate chips, sugar free syrup, coconut, ANYTHING.)0 -

This is a good thread, but it reminds me I really need to go grocery shopping because I have almost none of my usual things!
-Spinach!

-Low sodium canned black beans
-Steelcut oatmeal
-Fake meat products (tofurky, morningstar sausages, etc.)
-Fage 0% greek yogurt
-Whey protein
-Bananas
-Nuts (cashews, almonds, walnuts, etc.)
-Think Thin bars (not "clean", exactly, but good on the go when I need a quick 20g protein)0 -
